(“Spring Financial”). Applicants must apply for a personal loan with Spring through a referral link provided by Spring Financial to H&R Block Canada, Inc. Eligible loans opened during the Offer Period will be automatically enrolled in the Offer. Any enrollment in the Offer is subject to the terms and conditions of agreements you enter into with Spring Financial. If all conditions are met, the applicant shall receive a $100 digital Amazon gift card by Spring within 60 days of their first loan payment date. Please refer to the Payment Information section of your Personal Loan Agreement. The Offer is voided if there are any missed payments at the time of processing of the rebate.

Eligibility is based upon income and other qualification requirements, including a credit check. Some conditions may apply. Applying for a loan does not guarantee you will be approved for a loan. The time between loan approval and transfer of funds may vary.

By registering for an Account or applying or submitting an order for a Product or Service, you signify your unconditional acceptance and agreement, without limitation or qualification, to the most current version of these Terms. If you do not unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms, then you may not register for an Account or apply or submit an order for a Product or Service.
